    I don’t understand hitting anymore in this game. Why do worse (timing and PCI) swings make more sense and I mean that by where the ball goes and lands off the bat. Like how can I be on a ball with Kruk and have good timing (early side of good) and be parallel with the ball to his pull side and I hit a ripper straight to the SS’s chest? Like tell me where that makes sense. SDS youll did a good job with defense and ball “physics” in the past but this year it feels so contrived; the outcomes of swings I mean. Make hitters who naturally hit into the shift do so if they do and if they don’t, don’t force them to. If my opponent wants to shift heavy pull side vs Harper and pitch me away, why is it with good timing that that’s a lineout to center and not a classic Harper double down the line? Like I still play baseball and the old games atleast hitting wise, made a little sense but I can’t play this game and take it serious as a chill game. It’s frustrating and again makes little to no sense. Plz make MLB 25 good because that’ll be my last one. The last 2 years have drained me.

    I agree 100 percent… no reason why an opposing sided hitter should be Albert to pull a pitch that is thrown to the opposite side of the plate and get loft on the ball… I’ve threw cutters outside and low and the user be very earlier and get the ball to fly in the air to his pull side… no way that’s even possible.

    Timing windows and input lag out of control no consistency online. Need new hiring engine and servers this peer to peer match making no good.

    On the lineout thing I whined about, do you’ll see what I mean about no curve on the ball tho? Like you might hit it off the end and get the sound that u hit it off the end but it goes straight to a guy with no curve. That’s the random weird programmed outcome that feels off. Like where are the ball physics, if I can hit R2 with a fielder and make the diving play then make me, or make me play a shift. Make me play baseball.

    The hitting on this game is one area the game is lacking big time in. Since I’ve started playing I’ve noticed that there are two types of contact, either very hard or soft, nothing in between. Furthermore when you play online, I’ve noticed different types of lag, etc. between different game modes. I agree with all of what you mentioned though in your posts.

    That actually looked ok to me,maybe more towards short,but then it would have been an out,got good velo on it too.
    The ones that bother me are the ones outside and the green part is behind the plate(to drive oppo) your bat is center of plate straight across(like the front of plate) the ball does go to center but it almost never is hard contact because the swing path registers in yellow, inside pitches do too but those are oppo jammed cause it considers late,but still should go to center and maybe decent velo too.
