Honestly guys hitting should be the least of our worries

It’s not terrible. Still inconsistent, but not bad. You know what is bad?
- The servers: Both my ranked losses this season were because of disconnects.
- Pitching: It’s impossible to hit your spot and way too many fastballs go right down the middle with good/good release.
- Fielding (specifically outfielding): It’s so bad. It’s the worst mechanic out of anything in this franchise I’ve ever seen. 1.08 definitely DID NOT fix fielding. If I’m being honest, before the patch I wasn’t even having issues defensively. After the patch? Absolute circus in the outfield. Mike Trout dropped four routine fly balls in my game last night. Mike Trout. As a subpar pitcher (partially my fault/partially the game’s fault), I need every out I can get. If I can’t rely on one of the game’s best defenders, who can I rely on? Also, I’ve had a bad issue where my outfielders will run in circles around balls up against the wall instead of picking them up. This has also costed me so many extra base hits and runs.
The game is honestly borderline unplayable with these issues.

Agreed, fielding and pitching are way more broken than hitting imo.
Also, the weird boundary glitches like ground rule homers

Just imagine this scenario:
You’re pitching and your opponent is hitting.
You throw a few good pitches and you get him down to two strikes.
You throw a couple breaking balls to which your opponent gets a couple “Too Early” check swings (I hate this so much by the way).
You dot the corner twice but they’re both called balls. Your opponent walks.
He proceeds to hit a fly ball to which your outfielder drops it, causing the runner on first to score.Was it a deserved run? Absolutely not. Does it happen all the time? Absolutely.

Fielding is the easily the biggest issue with this game . Blows my mind how certain people here can still stand by it as not being an issue

Agreed 67%. Fielding and Pitching need work, but I dont know of any server issues. If there is one very positive you can say about this game since 18, yes there was a game in 18, is that the servers have been solid since then. And that is the only positive thing I will say about 18.
Unless you include, quit matching guys with good internet with crappy internet an issue, because that definitely is an issue. Seems like everytime you run into a guy with a WS banner they have that huge delay, and the slow pitch softball feel to their games. Real WS players dont have the banner.

There are no flaws with this game. It is the greatest and best game ever made.
