TA S1 CH 1 & CH 2 vs CH 3

My bad for not paying attention to the gsne; but I just heard, in the stream, that CH 1 & 2 of the current TA will expire at the end of the Season. But CH 3 doesn't expire.

How does that make sense to someone that starts the game late? They're going to miss out on 60 cards that need to be collected towards the S1 99s.

It doesn't. I am not sure why they do that. It definitely penalizes those who start late.
