Captains not working at all

Captain cards have not been working at all last couple days is there anyway I can fix this for a work around since they don't seem to care about co-op.

I have a feeling this never gets fixed. Maybe if it affected buying packs they would take care of it.

now 8/21, still doesn't work...patches all year long have been extremely minimalistic.
