Showdown

Your showdown is broken and the dumbest mode in the game. Literally, I stayed up all day. Grind your game waste hours of my life on it that I could use on other things and you’re stupid system has it to wear on the final out I hit a perfect perfect and it hits Rob Dibble in the foot so he throws me out at first when I had a runner at third so I don’t get it and then, I stand up and hit my desk and my TV falls over and breaks and now I’m out $150 because y’all have a broken game

Holy Run On Sentence, Batman.
My head hurts from reading this.

I don’t think Showdown is required to complete any program this year.

I hate showdown, pretty much refuse to play it. But luckily it isn't a requirement for anything.

If it is making you angry enough to break stuff you paid money for then you should probably take a break from video games in general and seek therapy for your anger issues.

I see a lot of stupid [censored] and have my share of frustrations in showdowns, just like the rest of the game, and I'm by no means anything more than an average player but I make through most showdowns on the first try but sometimes it takes me 3 or 4.....I'm pretty sure they aren't designed to just be run through in one shot, especially extreme, otherwise what's the point. I think and unintended consequence of SDS handing out diamonds like candy on Halloween has made too many people expect to no longer have to work for anything.

Honestly for something labeled as 'extreme', the TA showdown isn't bad.
Other than the one you start with bases loaded (aka guaranteed double play) they are all pretty generous provided you arent ashamed to bunt cheese. I also think directional is the way to go if you dont normally play on HoF/Legend
My Dibble experience was bunt, failed bunt, bunt, 3 run HR with Josh Bell on third pitch.
