@KingVincent24 you last game you lost, your opponent had a 31-9 ranked record. Clearly not a bad player.
Maybe focus on your own missed opportunities, because we all have them, meatballs you missed in clutch spots, etc. Rather than claiming the game is rigged.

Yes, very inaccurate to real life MLB, where players don't hit a bunch of foul balls and bloop singles don't happen. It does however remain accurate again this year in how teams break 7 bats and hit 11HRs every game.
I kind of like the randomness of the ball, the weird hops, etc. It might be tuned in a bit too often with things like the ball hit the bag at 3rd or 1st, but it's an improvement over the ball going to the same spots on the field every swing.

@KingVincent24 Only 6-1 in Ranked, haven't played much. When I lose I don't cry on the forum about it though.

I don’t think it’s horrible. Played some good games last night and tonight. I’ve won some I’ve lost some. I don’t mind the foul balls. I’m an older player (49) and will never be as good as the kids. This is the only video game I play.

I’m 21-10 in RS and I agree 100 percent this game will favor lower rated players in this game..

Let me push back a bit…Im 21-11 and every game I lost I felt like I deserved to lose since I couldnt line the pci up. Im sure I got some wins off flukes but thats how it goes in videogames.
My only gripes are excessive foul balls and occasional hanging pitches on perfect releases. Outside of that, Im enjoying the game

One could argue that the Dodgers and Braves had the best team on paper last year but they didn't make the Series. Baseball is the most random of sports so any team can win anytime whether through fluke hits, cheap home runs or balls in the dirt that get past the catcher. That's baseball. I like what I'm seeing in the game right now.

In other words: I disagree. Yes, there are flukes, because comparing to 23 we have worse fielders rn. If I lose it is due to my bad input/skill

Suuuuuure you do. Same old story on these forums that you do everything perfect but get shafted by the game towards your opponent.
When you got a subpar mark in school did you also blame the teacher ?

Speaking as a veteran of the game since the beginning I can assure you this is NOT the worst gameplay ever. The gameplay is actually the best it’s ever been. As far as too many foul balls - That goes away once you reach HOF & Legend difficulties. It’s an All-Star occurrence. If you want to experience less foul balls then play on a higher difficulty.

If they just shrunk the outter PCI on AS and below then this wouldn't be an issue. We know they adjust areas specific to difficulty so simply shrinking outter PCI would help a lot.
I say this as someone who is mostly exclusive to AS difficulty.
