Worth buying

Is this game worth to buy??
Dont play that much anymore cause this game gets worse every year, espacially with seasons and sets you can use. Really hate that, also i dont like this captain thing.
But still i had every version from 09 so iam a bit of a dilemma lol

It's worth downloading from Gamepass, otherwise...... idk

No it’s not. If you love baseball maybe. Like
Can’t live without playing a baseball video game. Otherwise I’m sure you can find some free to play game that simulates flipping cards with the same addiction based scheme. Because you’re either spending money, mindlessly flipping more than playing baseball or not playing with the highest overall cards this year. And the game is almost identical to 23 except left handed pinpoint is flipped. -
@GoTitans3 beter stickin to 23 i guess, but that version not good neither lol

if you have gamepass yes if you have a switch avoid at all cost. Cannot link your show account still.

@Richlin06 i can it resets everytime but other than that it's ok

Franchise is better than it's been, which is like being the tallest little person in the room. Graphics are improved, some cool new throwbacks -- but it's largely copy and paste.
DD has taken giant leaps backwards. Live collection has had its cojones chopped off and stubs and xp are being gatekept to encourage you to buy stubs.
It's a mixed bag.

I wasn't going to buy this year's game but caved to my hopes RTTS was going to be better since I've been DD focused the last few years. It's broken more than ever and so I'm back to DD more than anything and that's not blowing me away. Maybe me idk but something just feels off.

Not if you plan to play Diamond dynasty i wouldn't recommend it. Of course if ya on xbox its on gamepass so do whatever its free. First year i never bought the game. I'll probably be done with the game at end of season 1. I hate seasons and expiring cards.

There is a palpable lack-of-effort feel to DD this year. If I had to guess, they feel burned about last year. They made massive changes, had a clear and new vision, different card series, and the response was mixed to say the least. Probably overall negative.
I did not like DD last year. But I applaud them for trying something new. I would have been okay with a boring, return-to-basics approach this year IF -- it's a big IF -- they were not intentionally so stingy with stubs and xp.

@Bearsfan217 iam offline player mostly.
I like franchise but the trade logic of the computer kinda ruins it.Before that i was an online franchise player, in my opinion DD ruined this game cause since that mode was created this gotten worse every year.
