Because he's not on the 26 man roster right now because of a dispute between him and the Oakland A's for something he was weak. Very stupid reason to even send him down because he was very hot at the plate to begin the season
This. People know he'll be needed to complete the A's for those who haven't already. I always lock in the easy teams early at higher prices to avoid [censored] like this.

@SuntLacrimae50 if hes moved off the 26 man roster than his card will be sent to the free agents page right?
Therefore not needed for the collection.
-
@go4stros25 Yea your right.
-
@DEF266 so why does him being moved from the roster result in his card all the sudden being sold for 1000 more stubs?
Again I think it's a stub transfer.

Not if he’s on the 40 man roster.
-
The team collections are the 40-man roster, not the 26-man active roster.
-
@JDHalfrack
that's right. Still tho, doesn't answer why he's selling so high.
-
@go4stros25 Definetely is a stub transfer. over 50 orders went through at 5k when I saw card around 3k.
-
@DEF266 idiots.
-
@sbchamps17 I was confused about it also but then the manager said that it was because they plan on facing a lot of righty’s in the next few weeks and those would be days he wouldn’t start so instead of him riding the bench and losing the hot hand they’re letting him fine tune himself in AAA so expect him back up with the next injury or in a month.
-
Yeah that was a lie, he obviously wore something or did something that he wasn't supposed to but still to send a kid down because of that when he's doing so well is just wrong

@sbchamps17
The answer is simple. Oakland A's. That is all. The quarter-semi-pro hardball team I play for is run better than that organization, except we probably have a higher operating budget
