Retrieving lost data

Good morning everyone I’m looking for help so I logged in to play the show 24 or 23 and I lost all my data so where why I have to start from scratch in both games makes no sense. I need help retrieving my data if anybody knows please advise thank you.

Go to theshow.com on browser and relink your account everyone’s account got unlinked afterwards restart your game

How did that happen? I thought was lagging and after I closed my game but I completely lost everything. I was freaking out so much last night so I hope this works
