- XP rewards for offline grinders.
Mini Seasons used to be a go to. They are now taken away. People that have linked accounts and grind at work during breaks on Switch have been eliminated. Buying the game on Switch to grind offline is pointless.....because there is no grind available. - Signature Swings/No Doubt Animations.
This makes no sense to have Trout, as an example, have a different Live Series swing and NDA than his practice mode and franchise. Why??
Any response on these two issues would be appreciated, because these two issues are a big deal long term.

I’m convinced they don’t want us actually playing there game this year. View ship and YouTube views are lower compared to last years, programs so far have been bad, only real content is stuck behind a pay wall. Nerfed XP and the rewards path. Only thing changed with TA is they split it up. Nothing else is different about it. Nered mini seasons. If you wanna take away the XP whatever but replace it with something. Game just isn’t fun this year. Feels like homework

Yeah I have been complaining and even trying to give good idea's but get nothing from them in response. This is NOT a shot at these people but if Koogs or someone like that made a post they MIGHT get one. However for us small players who ONLY bought the game and do not buy stubs like MLB streamers we just have to pray maybe they might listen .... for next years game.
Also again not taking a shot a Show streamers and how some buy stubs that is how they make a living and it's cool.

I realize that but they were so heavy handed about it and like the real old saying -- they threw the baby out with the bath water approach not thinking how that would effect the players who were not cheesing the system with it.

@YOSHI24 yea I agree, they don't want their game to fail. However, what I think it is, is that they are starting to see dollar signs and seeing everyway that they can to maximize profits. But now it's hurting the player base. So eventually it will hurt their margins.
Not baseball related, but I have this gripe with companies. If a company is not seeing growth it is considered failing. Maintaining the norm is not allowed for any business. I watch a lot of videos about companies that go bankrupt. Almost everyone was trying to keep getting higher and higher profits. Usually at the expense of their customers or their employees, which leads to their downfall and bankruptcy.
We might be seeing the part where their growth isn't enough and we are starting to see corners cut.

Everything catered to those who spend hundreds or thousands on stubs (streamers) and nothing to the regular player base. I'm very disappointed in the game. I hadn't bought the game in a few years, and now on the ps5, the game is nowhere near as enjoyable as it used to be. Instead of letting you play the game and growing with you, they are there to play against you, making it harder at every step and unless you literally play the game 4-10 hours a day, you can't even come close to fielding a competitive team.

We as players need to rally and figure out something to do to put pressure on this greedy garbage and try and stop it.

@blitz77tw I agree, but I do not want to be an SDS apologist, because I am not. These guys are terrible this year. I feel my earlier comment is valid. They see dollar signs and are now cutting corners.
