So dumb from MLB on opening day

3 games at 10pm Eastern (fine), but...
11 games in the afternoon (with pitch clock most will be over or late by the time people get home);
ONE game at 7:35pm Eastern.
On a Thursday. Way to go, guys!!

This isn't new, opening day is always mostly afternoon games.
In Cincinnati festivities start at 10 am and include a big parade. -
I know it ain't new, but they could have put 3-4 games at around 7-7:30.

Just one game does seem lower than usual.

ESPN featuring the defending champs.
I imagine they wanted the window specifically cleared for that one, especially w/ March Madness still ongoing.

@PAinPA I went back to look at 2023; similar, with one game at 9:30 but the rest pretty much the same. Maybe I left the office early, I feel like I watched 4-5 games last year. My son will be disappointed; the O's play at 3 IIRC.
