My agents hasn't called me once since being in the majors. In the old games John Kent would check in every once and awhile. I'm in my 3rd year. Has this happened to anyone else or is this a bug?

I've been playing RttS since 19 and we've been asking for a "Contact Agent" option for 6 installments of this game. I've given up hope for something very, very simple like that.
