Negro League Storylines, why is the music playing constantly?

I have continuous music turned off but while playing through the Negro League Storylines, music blares while completing the moments. Not only that, the crowd is loud and continuous. It’s not like this during games or even the Jeter storyline. Anyone have this problem ?

I have the opposite issue. I have no sound at all for any of the storylines. I just get subtitles. However, but sound throughout the game is fine I even get the commentary for the ballgames.
