Yes it is. Can't believe I've not noticed this until now. Not worth submitting a ticket now. If it was the only card I was missing from all the cards then I would but a couple of the captains for me are unattainable (Halladay and Mays) at the moment due to buy orders and no path to collecting that I am not too worried about it.
