Forever Ranked: Does that mean once you hit WS, or finish the Ranked Program, there won't be any other way to earn any of the packs?

yes, that is my interpretation as well … I guess, the reward path will be longer than the current one

what I think they might do for Forever Ranked (which most will probably only play until 24 releases) will have more packs beyond WS and maybe have a bonus wheel like the Season XP Reward paths typically do... I didn't check to see if Forever/Season 6 XP Reward path has one but it would be a nice addition to Forever Ranked although I think I played all of 5 games this year in ranked since I kept forgetting to renew my PlayStation Plus... I'll make it a point to get it for the year when I get MLB The Show 24 though so I won't have to worry about it for at least the game cycle of MLB The Show
