Love/hate this season for this reason..

First off; you're confusing XP and PXP. XP is what you earn towards the Season 6 XP Path. PXP is what you earn that goes towards programs, TAs, and paralleling your players.
And how is it a lie? If you use a Set 5 card; you'll get PXP towards Set 5 and Set 4 programs and their respective TAs.
Set 4 Cards get you progress towards Set 4 and 3 programs and their respective TAs.
Set 3 Cards get you progress towards Set 3 and Set 2 programs and their respective TAs.
Set 2 cards get you progress towards Set 2 and 1 programs and their respective TAs.
Set 1 cards get you progress towards Set 2 and 1 programs and their respective programs.
Core cards get you progress in all 5 TAs.
While all cards are available; you still have to deal with Set requirements for certain programs and TAs.
They just didn't explain that they were keeping the Set requirements.

If it's not set 4 or 5 I'm not gaining any XP towards those teams that the players play for... wasted multiple hours of game play before I realized it. I was so excited for once in a long time with this game but it was the biggest let down yet with this game
if it allowed us to earn points with ANY PLAYER it'd be the best thing you guys ( the creators ) have done in Years. Please change it and make it happen PLEASE! And MLb the show 24 please don't give the same players 10 cards... some players literally had a new card each set. Should have put out new players instead of bumping up the same players ratings a little each set. There is so many players who haven't been in the game since they played ball that deserve to be very much. A captain for the texas rangers hands down should have been Mark Texiera, Yankees should have been Didi Gregorious or Robinson Cano or hell Bernie Williams/Daryl Strawberry (maybe not because of his drug/sexual assault charges)/Hideki Matsui/Paul O'Neill and cubs Derrek Lee Astros Carlos Lee , Red Sox Nomar GarciaPara and DUSTIN PEDROIA. Bring me on the team and I'll make sure the ratings go up even higher by just adding the right guys ! 
lol but in all reality if you start bringing in more players to the game I think it'll hit a all new level of game play! A lot of early 2000's players haven't been seen in the game that were stars! And can we just give Barry Bonds whatever he wants so he's in the game already! You can't say no due to his "steroid use" as your main 2 players were Sosa and McGuire who both juiced BIG TIME just to compete with Bonds who was a MVP award winning slugger before he even hit 200lbs!Also, alot of the players you mentioned aren't in the game due to legal reasons and likeness contracts. They just can't throw anyone into the game without signin and paying that player, or their representatives, to a likeness contract.

@X-FREEZE-OFF-X_PSN I don’t think he realizes they can’t have anyone they wish in the game due to licensing restrictions.

Bonds doesn't want to be in video games,so they literally could offer him everything and it would still be no.
He even removed himself from the union while he was playing so they couldn't use him in the current games at the time. -

Just because you misunderstood it does not make it a lie.
Basically, any pre season 6 content that had set restrictions still have those set restrictions.

It’s a bummer that you can’t use any card on previous programs but they never misled anyone.
It’s just a bad model in general. Hope they don’t keep it in 24. I think they’d lose some of their player bass

Yeah. I can see making the Programs Set exclusive; but I figured they would've unlocked exclusivity in the TAs.
