Unable to buy packs “An Error Occurred”

Using the companion app, I’m not able to buy packs. I get the following message. “An Error Occurred”. I logged out and back in multiple times, re-installed the app, and unlinked and link my switch account several times.

I see others post about this, but they are all locked without any discussions that I can see.
