I have tried to communicate on many occasions. I have a problem with a card that I mistakenly picked twice in team affinity and I have it at 100% and I can't get Cody Bellinger. I need your help!

If it makes you feel better I bought a bunch of cards to exchange then ended up selling them on accident.
It's not picking the same card twice, but it still hurts

All you can do after submitting the tickets is sit back and wait and hope that they can handle it for you.
Personally I am of the opinion that they are not obligated to do so (luckily my opinion does not matter). The cards show the total you own before you choose and, if I am not mistaken, they even pop up a warning that you are selecting a duplicate card. This isn't some bug you stumbled across it
If SDS was listening then I would suggest that they change the button prompt on the message regarding a duplicate selection so people don't accidently confirm because they are spamming the X button over and over again to get through packs as fast as possible.
