Really really was still just see commentary. Be more like NBA 2K multiple commentators against speakers. Players of the week all stars just more in depth, especially for franchise road to the show. Even online rank seasons have a specific commentary but more specific to what mode you're playing in road to the show should really more focus about minor league, type of commentary, developmental commentary with your player. It's all repetitive for bass 5 or 6 years. Nothing much has changed
Wouldn't mind seeing player collisions whether it's players right into each other in the outfield a collision at home plate. Maybe a runner running the first base? Just more stuff to mix up the game and more realism. There's too many plays. Very good at ground ball. First base the picture comes the cover and animation shows the player runs through the other player but why is it no collision? That would just be more realism as well. Aside from that I would really like to see it overhaul in the weather as well. Games start with rain. Rain progresses gets worse. Rain to taper off and get better. A game starts overcast and turns the daylight. More realism just in general. I think with the ps5 it doesn't seem like they're really pushing the envelope when these games

There should never be any collisions in the game, it's really not in the real game nowadays so no need for collisions

so players never run into each other, that happens at least once a week a few times a month... theres a ton of plays at the plate and sliding collisions.

Man you are an idea machine. If you worked as a game developer I’m sure the programmers would hate you but the player base would certainly love you til the end of your days. I truly doubt anyone at SDS even looks at these forums unless they get some kind of automated message advising them of someone cursing too much but I hope they see some of your ideas somehow

Collisions at the plate now are accidental. They’re not allowed to block the plate incase you missed the rule they implemented years ago when Buster Posey got injured.
To add some context. When they added pitchers being hit by batted balls it happened 10-15 times per game. It took a long time to get it down to a realistic amount. If they added collisions you’d have players looking like the Bad News Bears.

For more realism , let's get streakers running across the field an you take control of the security guard and try to tackle them , how about no. Lol. Everything doesn't need to be in the game .
The commentary does need to be better though.
