Have not been able to play online the show 23 for over a month

playing on the xbox series X through gamepass I keep getting a network server error everytime i start the game and whenever i try to play online head to head.
I have been playing this game since launch and have played over 100 online games never had this problem before.
is there any fix to this ive already deleted reinstalled the game manually cleared all saved game files anyone have a fix for this?

You need the real physical copy or digital copy of the game, you can't just keep playing on gamepass

Why would I need the physical copy? I've played the show 21 and the show 22 on ganepass and never had this problem

Try submitting a help request and see what they suggest. Might be a port forwarding issue or something like that could be something that changed in your network settings even. Just a suggestion

As long as the game is available on Gamepass; he/she should be able to play it. They only need the physical disc/digital version if they wanted the pre-order bonuses.

You're best bet is to put in a ticket like @BxnnyMxn__PSN suggested.

There is no fix. I have mentioned this in another thread and was basically told nobody cares because I was using an older version of The Show. It seems to affect all games under the MLB umbrella though and frankly SDS just does not care. After submitting the ticket, you'll receive a generic response saying they are looking into things but no further updates are ever given.
