Have asked this question before, with no answer, a couple years back. I wondering why we cannot use custom camera view when in online PvP play? For the most part the views that they have as default pretty much cover all the bases. But being able to tweak the view a little one way or another would be beneficial. Maybe make it to where you can only adjust to a pre made custom view. That way nobody is sitting in a PvP online ranked game adjusting the view.

rather they allow us to adjust the PCI sensitivity tbh

The PS Edge controller allows for this.
After using it however, I had mixed results. After turning PCI sensitivity down, I was able to be a bit more precise on breaking stuff in the zone, but was slower to reaching fastballs on the corners.

Wish I didn't have to follow the ball on homers . Also be cool to have a hardcore mode where the camera flips around when playing defense but with no assists. How cool would that be for co op especially. Might lose some friends over it lol.
They could do so much more with immersion in this game. Unfortunately DD is the only thing they care about.

I wondering why we cannot use custom camera view when in online PvP play?After messing with this for a bit a few years ago in offline vs CPU play, I understand why they do not allow for it online. You can see the ball's spin and rotation considerably better out of the Pitcher's hand with certain camera angles, especially when using many of the Pitcher camera views for batting.

@FRSTDWN_XBL it’s became the norm with most sports (if not all) games now. And for that matter a lot of the shooters are implementing, if not already implemented, the same kind of patterns in their game. I totally understand it’s a business in at the end of the day they do it to make money. It’s all became about catering to the Content Creators (free advertising) on YouTube/Twitch and the people that are playing the games and dumping more money on top of the original purchase price to get the game. That has turned a big payday once a year or every other year, into a somewhat consistent revenue stream for the life cycle of the game. Its sad to see in some aspects but has also given longevity into the life cycle of games as well.
