What happened with Twitch drops

Was having no problems with twitch drops until late yesterday a few of my standards and my Elite have not shown up in game after claiming

On twitch it says I've claimed 50 reg, 6 special and 1 elite and I only have a fraction of that in my inventory

I maxed out my potential packs yesterday and received only one. It was actually working better than it ever has before prior to that. Packs were going into my inventory the second the timer rolled over.

I never got any. I just gave up at this point.
It's comical as well.
I was like: 'where's my ish?' but i never got 1 pack. -
