I have both and even the game puts Gary in.

That would depend on how you play the game and the opponents you normally face.
Do you face a lot of opponents that steal or do you throw a lot of pitches in the dirt? Use Pudge
Do you have trouble with low vision guys? Use Pudge
Do you have trouble stringing hits together? Use Sanchez

You could start Sanchez and keep Pudge on the bench. If you run into any of those issues with Sanchez in the lineup, you can swap to Pudge.
