HEY SDS I'm still seeing the Network Error message

If someone at SDS studios sees this I hope they can help out.
In another post I made, see " Beyond Fruatrated with Unhandled server exception occurred", I took a break and decided to come back and try to play The Show 23. Still I see the same errors about An unhandled server exception when tryijg to play DD or play the other Negro Leagues. I made another ticket just to see if my account is blocked. I got the same analyst who worked on my previous ticket and they gave the same initial response about checking ports, am I playing on a campus network, asking if my ISP made a change etc. etc. etc. I didn't like that because it seems they didn't read what was in the ticket about my account and just pasted a template response. The ports they suggested arw allowed on the router firewall, my ISP hasn't made a change to block me from me playing The Show, and other friends have logged in with their ps5 accounts on my PS5 and got in to play DD and other game modes. It was suggested to uninstall and then install the game again. I have done that on my ps5 and my old ps4 and I still see this error. When that is suggested, that is the last I hear from support. I am not happy at all. It's feels like SDS has a big problem on their hands and they are trying to manage or maybe this their way saying I am just out of luck. It would be nice to get some assistance in this to resolve this issue than just to be left frustrated.

They dont know probably. I never had any problems in last 6 years, last 2 weeks can not connect with servers in anything involving head to head play .No response from SDS Sony NOBODY. But no matter what technical difficulties we encounter you can bet Aunt Gladys´jewelry you can purchase stubbs. There are many victims of this challenge failed plague. And some who cant even log in.You havent been affected good for you ,but you could be next. I think the last system updates caused it for a lot of players .All your stuff will connect except thd theshow servers that connect human opponents.. Anything vrs CPU you can play in Diamond Dynasty

For the past week I have had another similar error which reads: LOGIN FAILED: A network error has occurred. However I'm playing MLB The Show 19; and using a PS4 / PS5, what console are you using? Have you also tried booting up the game using an alternative account rather than your main, and when you do does the error still persist?

Yea thats frustrating thing is that it seems there is a good percentage of users affected by this and there is no message/banner saying some users are affected by this. Yea I find it interesting I can buy stubs but really can't use the stubs.

I am using a PS5. I have logged in with my account on my old PS4 and even a friends PS5 who is using a different ISP and I get the same message. I had other friends log into my ps5 at my place and they can get on just fine. This tells me it an issue with my account.

Yeah, I've gone through exactly the same process as you did. Only exception is some of my alt accounts can log in, whilst others got the error message. As you mentioned, it's seems probable the issue is somehow account related and is in a state of somehow being glitched. I guess we are both having the same network error bug, which is slightly reassuring because I couldn't find anyone else with the same problem up until now. Here's a video link as to what's happening to me, but I'm pretty confident we're both in the same boat despite playing different versions of the game:

Can you log into your account on a different PS5?
Looks like when he logs in using a buddy’s console he gets the same message while his friend can login using same console. Looks like he’s 100% isolated it to being an issue with one of his accounts and has zero to do with his IP address.

If he can't log into The Show's servers on his OR any other console; changes are his account may have been suspended.
The other ticket I put in was to see if my account was suspended and I was told it was not. That's adding to the frustration. And if it was suspended I never received a communication that it is suspended

Can I ask how long you been having the issue for? It's been nearly 3 weeks for me now, and I'm beginning to lose patience with SDS. I cannot believe they will just allow problems like this to continue for some players who've invested money and time into their games...
