Can I continue my RTTS career with my ball player on 2 different PS5?

I travel back and forward and I’ve been playing RTTS on one of my PS5. I got another one for the other place but I’m not sure I can continue the same career in some way?

I’ll use the same PSN account. Not sure if the saves are on the cloud for me to download the progress and continue and at both locations c

Rtts saves on the console, you would have to upload it to the cloud and then DL to other system each time you switch.
