Ideas for a year to come, make massive in game updates and fix tons of ai here my 2 cents..
CPU online AI needs to be more aware of situtations, plays. Some players move without hustle or eregency in plays. Such as cutoff men moving slow for a throw in when a runner heads home....
Franchise mode needs more commentary period, guest commentators, players of the week, ETC, plain and simple more like a story during the game like NBA 2k is in their commentary.
Franchise injuries to follow during career. Your in AAA and tear an ACL or MCL or something small, play through it or get treated... say a year or 2 later the injury comes back etc, some guys are injury prone..
More create stadium dynamics such as more weather, winds, sun sets into different areas not just LF, more grass and what not....

Setting sun does that because that's how they design the stadiums, if the plate was north the batter would be looking at the sun the whole game

Comerica -- the game has it just right, the pitcher is backlit during day games

They should start with dedicated servers first the multiplayer state is unacceptable this year.
