Is it worth doing earlier programs?
-
I bought the game a few months late this year and have been working on Team Affinity and some of the more recent programs that have been released. Is it worth the time to go back and complete any other programs that have Set 1 or Set 2 players at this point? I was curious if it was worth getting some of the players you get as rewards for collection purposes or what not.

If nothing else, do some of the older Topps Now in order to collect enough cards for the Framber Valdez.
-
No. If you just bought the game there is no reason to do any programs released before you purchased.

Most certainly so.

No all set 2 cards will be unusable in two weeks. Set 1 cards are already twilighted. Focus on set 3 programs. I would do the June Player of the Month program that will give you a ton of useable cards quickly and I think they are better then the July potm players.

Yes do the more current stuff first then come back to it once you get to a place you like. There are some really fantastic cards in that June set and very easily attainable. I agree wholeheartedly that’s a good plan

You’re Gonna get Guidry Sp and Blackmon OF right away to very good cards. I would take Drury inf, Kim inf, Heim c, Harris OF, Yelich OF, Ezequil Duran of/inf and Bello sp right away and build around them.

There are some really good cards in the beginning programs. You can use them on a good amount of offline gaming. Plus, everything comes back into use Season 6.
-
No reason not to if you have the time and interest. We have no clue what /if there will be collections beyond seasons, but may be. Plus by the time this grind train comes to a slow end in season 6, all set cards are useable ( or so they say)
-
Well it depends on how you play and what your goals are. If you like to complete programs and collect cards, absolutely- do as much content as you can. If you are mainly concerned with building a current God Squad, then focus on Season/set 3 stuff. It’ll tell you on the card what set it is.
