I just threw a 35 pitch 1st inning with Lorenzen.
Guy had a good eye, but he was literally fouling off pitches in the opposite batting box.
I think he fouled off a pick off throw.
Does no one else see how contact swing kills online?
If you have a good eye, you can just foul off pitch after pitch, spoil pitches two feet off the plate, and eventually hit a gapper or even a home run.
Can someone else who played the game at any level back me up on how unrealistic this is?
Or, do the majority of you think it makes the game better?
Or, am u the only one not using the big red wiffle bat? -

I'm confused, is contact supposed to help you foul off balls out side of the plate ? I can feel your frustration for sure. I never contact always normal swing and power for hr moments. Sounds like contactight be glitchy lol

No kidding. I'd hate to shorten the life of my PS5, especially when updates and games download in rest mode.

If I hear thunder outside i will immediately go downstairs, grab the controller, shut the thing all the way down and then flip off the surge protector that it’s plugged into….and then immediately unplug it from the wall. Same goes for TV.
I had my PS three to get fried during a lightning storm and it was in a surge protector. I take no chances now.It’s my presssshussss.

There doesn't necessarily have to be an advantage, it's just how some people operate. I used to do it all the time as well. Boot it up on the weekend, play an early game in the morning and then head out with the game still running on the lineup screen. Get home in the evening and play a few more. That will account for 12+ hours logged but you only really played a handful of games on that one day.
Now multiply that by let's say 52 days (being very generous here, just accounting for 1 day per weekend where you do this) and you'll have 624 hours of logged time of which you maybe spent 20%-30% actually playing.
And again, these numbers I'm using are very generous for your side of the argument, I know I left my console on pretty much every day.Math and common sense aren't all that hard buddy. You should try it sometimes.
