PXP rather than simple XP insures the 90% will never reach Piazza, say nothing of Griffey. Congrats to the 10% who will.

I'll openly admit I probably won't ever be good enough at the game to do this program in any iteration, but only giving players one repeatable mission with such a tall requirement sucks. Why not make all the missions repeatable? Like if I struggle to get to Marte but then get program points every 50 hits until I unlock Wagner and get those points every 10 saves, etc at least I'll be able to get the program done before the cards are sunset in a couple seasons. Nobody is getting 833,000 pxp in <2 seasons if they can't do anything else.

With nothing else coming this week, good time to put the game down and do other things.You aren't kidding. I've earned 152,250 PXP (roughly - a bit more for those that are between levels) since the game was released. This translates into roughly 18 Extreme points.
I doubt I'll complete this either. I completed the program last year in December because of the repeatable...I don't know about this one. But that's okay. I have Mauer behind the plate and 99 Charisma Jazz in CF. I'm happy.

I don't care about any of the cards except Griffey. Especially since I probably won't be able to play for at least another 3 mos.

Was the repeatable pxp mission last year the same? 25,000 for 3 points is pretty bonkers.
I managed to do 4 of the moments (Griffey, Wagner, Adley, Cain) to get 16 points and Marte. He has a mission for 5 points I'll eventually get I think. That'd leave 14 points or so to get Wagner which would be 125,000 pxp. With all the grinding so far this year that's probably out of reach.

yeah it was the same last year, but cards didnt sunset after a couple seasons. so by the time this game came out you could have gotten most if not all of the cards and they were still relevant. Not gonna be the same for this game.

That really only applies to online games. The "sets rule" doesn't apply for most conquest and all vs CPU games. I think even some of the mini-seasons don't matter either, but I'm not sure because I haven't played a mini-season game since 23 came out.

its still restricting the cards making them less valuable if/when I actually get them and some mini-seasons do require certain sets.

There's no time limit though. Also Extreme Conquest is actually doable.

Once you get past the first 4 teams, it's pretty fun actually and there are some great packs hidden in it, it's kind of been like shark map 2.0 for me.

Mini Seasons if you can win on Legend easier grind then Conquest.
20 Wins on Legend gives you = 24 Program points. 30 strikeouts on Legend = 6 program points. 60 Total bases on All star or higher = 2 pts
Playoffs can be done on any difficulty so 6 games on Rookie gives you =12 Pts. Total works out to 44 Points for a first Run.
If you just did ALL star Run you would get 12pts for playoffs and then 2pts for 15 All star wins and 2 pts for 60 total bases. = 16pts.
Summary
Legend Run = 44pts If you can play on Legend much easier GRIND then Conquest.
HOF Run = 26pts 1 mission of 10 Runs on HOF is 2pts so you may or may not get that.
All Star Run = 16pts. -
Do the stats count for higher difficulty, because the description says "get 60 total bases on All-Star difficulty", not all-star or higher.
