1.08 Thoughts?

Is fielding better? Have not had chance to get on yet...

Fielding still bad offline. Still problems locking on. Still problems changing directions, Trout still gets hung up at a wall and can’t catch a ball when at fence. Still have wrong fielders locking on to make plays. I honestly feel like offline the fielding feels worse than it did earlier in the week.

I haven’t had the fielding issues everyone else seems to have, but I went from being able to hit above average with power to struggling to string together hits. So there’s that.

That's not very encouraging.... You're not noticing anything improved huh ?

I've played about 3 RS games and 4 events games today. Fielding not better imo, honestly felt worse

I've been playing offline all day and I have the same feelings. For the first time ever I'm going to have to turn on auto fielding. Where are the options for that?

I havent noticed a difference helton wouldnt lock onto a huge pop up on the infield earlier

It's worse for sure. I just lost two showdown moments to my fielder running back and forth over the catch circle, glitching on the animation and missing the catch. It's terrible.

Locking on to high fly balls has improved imo. It's almost a joke actually, it locks in when you are in like a 3 m radius.
Locking onto flies with tighter angle or liners hasn't really changed. -
Fielding is worse now. Even auto fielding has diamond players making CONSTANT errors. Honestly, this whole game is [censored] now.

Pitching still terrible, fielding is still terrible.

I had Mike Trout miss two routine fly balls in the same game because he didn't lock on. The guy I was playing couldn't even believe it.

Yep coming to a stop and trying to catch a popup....like riding a bull trying to hang in there sometimes....every fly ball is kind of scary honestly if it in involves any running to the ball whatsoever....horrible

I haven’t had any issues with fielding offline, like at all. I’m sure online is a different story though.
