It won't be Ohtani.

He is already a Guaranteed Starter for the All Star game at DH so chances are they skip him for POTM in favor of giving him a top all-star card.

I guess that they could do the opposite (give him POTM instead of All-Star) but I don't see him getting two hitting cards within a week of each other.
