Streamers game smoother/pitches slower

I watch a lot of YouTube content during some downtime or when I’m on the peloton, and the one thing that I ALWAYS notice is that when they hit the pitches are coming in significantly slower than when I play.
Even on HOF or Legend…i think to myself “no wonder they all absolutely rake, it looks like batting practice on rookie”.
As i then fire up my game, and a ranked game on all star i get blown away by 100.
Is there video settings or any explanation to this? I know i can’t be the only one who notices this. Is there video settings i can mess with or anything?

Exactly, and when you go watch it back, it’s going to look crystal clear. That’s the point. The recordings always look better than gameplay.
