sell your set 1 Cards ASAP

Try to at least recuperate some of your losses since those cards are soon to be obsolete and only usable for grinding against the cpu and even then only in some modes. Prices are starting to plummet fast and with no longer any reason for them to ever go up again especially after sds showed their hand that they won’t be used for any sort of future collections.

How do you know they won't be used for future collections?

Also - they can be used as wild cards and in most offline modes.

Did just what OP said a few weeks back. I will not need any more than three wild card possibilities and they are already locked in. I’m also not concerned at all about future collections because it looks like will be just as good of cards coming from packs all year long. Just made sense for me to get the stubs and bank them for future seasons. It’s a different game than previous years.

Never said what? Sets are the main focus this year. While I don't agree with selling off everything, SDS has been very clear about the fact that once the next season starts you will only be able to use Set 2 and Set 3 cards in most modes. Did you watch the pre-release streams?

I would be surprised if there are not collections that require Captains, Kaiju, ect in which ALL SEASONS of the individual categories would be required. Do not listen to OP, He’s talking out of his [censored].

I would be surprised if they did have individual categories this year. They are clearly trying to change things up. With 6 sets and a core collection, and multiple collection cards per set, I think it's much more likely that they use those set collection cards as vouchers for a mega collection.

I would not be surprised to see SDS allow cards from all seasons in the final season of the cycle

I wouldn’t be surprised if they added more wildcards as the season went a long. Season 4 you get two or something.

This is what they want you to do. It feels too predictable to me. I don’t really see the value of these cards spiking at all, but I don’t think they’ll lose all of their value either.

If I am not mistaken then any actual content tied to Season 3 will be limited so that would probably include all of the new Conquest maps introduced in season 3.
I highly doubt you will be able to use Set 1 cards for anything other than older Season 1 and 2 conquest maps.
The main question would be for missions that require stats with a specific position or team. Will those be limited and not count stats with Set 1 players?

I’m pretty sure vs CPU will allow any cards. For offline they’ll be limited in Conquest except for the US map. It looks like any City Connect/Other Programs are any card too. Team Affinity conquests are set specific so Set 1 won’t work for those.
Most Mini Seasons will have its own restrictions but Set 1 should work for the Classic one.
