You never know what SDS will do. I doubt it will be Cole though as they usually only do a pitcher lightning once or twice. He already has a two diamond cards and would be an easy player to justify giving a higher overall card to as a flashback.
It may also depend on who already has diamond cards and what overall they want to give to the lightning card. For example Acuna leads the league in WAR this season but already has a 97 Charisma Card.
I would put my money on guys like Brandon Nimmo, James Outman or Jared Kelenic. Players who only have a lower overall live series card at this point.
