How can we upload the custom chants and jeers?

I see a section where it shows we can have custom yells and jeers for our players but I don't see anything explaining how to put them in the game. Has anyone done it and can tell me how?

So I just realized that on Ps5 we don't have sounds of the show. How can the current generation consoles not have it? It's been a few years on it now smh
