***SOUNDS OF THE SHOW BROKEN***

Hello SDS,
There have been a lot of widespread problems among ps4 users, among myself of sounds of the show unable to save and even deleting previous imports. This has been happening with the last 3 titles and it is a little overwhelming that it has not yet been addressed. As a ps5 owner, I actively choose to play the downgraded version to at least get the added benefit of SOTS. Please address this ASAP with an explanation of why this happens and what makes a file corrupted.

Patch #3 did not fix this issue. I just spent 15 hours updating all of my sounds for the 3rd time already and they reset to default again.
Before I spent hours working on this again I tried only updating a few presentation sounds and then turned off the PS4 and reloaded the game and the sounds were still there. I did this a few times with no issue so I thought the issue was fixed and then proceeded to update all of the rest. Once I was done I shut down and reloaded and everything was Default except the Chants.
The customization with Sounds of the Show is the main reason that the MLB THE SHOW Franchise is the Ultimate Baseball Game Experience. (I do a full customization of all 30 teams on both The Show & Regional Themes before starting my franchise to enhance my experience) so needless to say I am very disappointed and regret ever upgrading from the 2020 to the 2023 version of this game.
Please Note: I purchased the Captains Edition on PS4 for Early Access so that I could get a head start on my customization so that I could be ready to begin my Season on Opening Day. I will never spend the extra $40 and do that again.)

I have the same problem. This tends to happen every time there is a game update. My Sounds of the Show assignments all get cleared every time I restart the game. All my files Show in the playlist editor, but once I turn off the game, all team and player assignments get cleared. Everything works fine until I turn off the game. Horrible user experience.
