Collection card theories

Obviously the set 1 collection is a change up, but I would think the sub 90 breakouts, veterans, wbc, etc.. Will come into play for a collection at some point. Otherwise, why have them? I've been slowly stashing these cards close to quick sell value just in case.
Curious on what you peeps think and if anyone has any insight?

I think last year I played all year long but offline and could not finish a lot of collections
With this new method u can collect any cards just a total to get the collection rewards so I think I prefer this better

I absolutely believe there will be a Core collection similar to that of Set 1. As of now we have 60 henchmen from TA 1, all the cards from the US Map, the 30 LS team collection rewards, 6 division rewards, Sosa, McGuire and Jeter. I can’t imagine those won’t come into play for some type of collection. That’s over 100 cards and we’re less than a month into the game cycle.
Plus, I want them to be a collection. Does that count for anything?

I like this for now but as the game goes on, one massive collection seems like a missed opportunity. Considering there are by far more diamonds this year than the last two years, I really think they should add a Core collection.
I do like the tier system. Normally it’s my goal to collect every legend and flashback and perhaps when flipping becomes easier, I’ll think about it but for now, it’s just fun with an over abundance of great early options.

21 and 22 I had no problem by the end of the game finishing all collections… last year I got to Cutch and could not get any further so this helps me more it seems as of now I’m already at Jazz and Turner soon

You didn't include the br and rs rewards,
I also think there will be collections for either the card series ( like previous years) or maybe all lumped in to a core set collection or both. -

The silver and gold from br are , and the diamonds from both are if they are under 90

They’ll be there. Eventually.
First we will have a Charisma Collection and maybe a WBC collection towards the end of Season 1. -

I could see them doing a core collection later in the year as kind of a final, collect 2/3 of all the cards incentive.I wouldn’t be surprised if they included the set collection rewards as part of that kind of like how they used specific cards as vouchers in the past. Just my guess though, I feel like core cards already have theoretical collection value on their own, with everyone’s anxiety about not being able to use old set cards all year
