Update Broke Metered Pitching?
-
Nothing is even coming close the PAR; still feet from its intended location. AI thinks a sinker aimed in the dirt in front of home plate with a perfect release = it was perfect, so user must have wanted it to be a strike. No, I didn't, I wanted a ball in the dirt!
Even If you aren't perfect and hit a good release, you aren't coming close to your location 90% of the time. It just doesn't feel like there is medium between a perfect and good release.
Also, results make no sense. Example: A late pitch release on a slider away, logically, should be a pitch well away from the hitter, not a batter hit in the face.
Does anyone else using metered experience this online?

I'm just gonna go ahead and say it's server congestion then, I guess. Who knows!? I'm just getting completely obliterated by almost everyone I play, and there are still random pitch jumps, but much better and a lot less frequent than before the update.
I get the reward tier progression factor, but really? Everyone is Jesus Christ all of a sudden? Not to sound like McGunski, but dang!

I always use meter and I’ve noticed it’s hit and miss but haven’t played much since the update. I do think it needs to be adjusted some because even perfect pitches will miss by a foot of where your intended pitch would go. Either way I’ve learned to deal with it but I think it could be better. Hopefully the update did fix it some.
