Chase rate and hard hit rate

Now that Chase Rate, Hard hit Rate, and some other cool stats are easily accessible by hitting left on the directional pad, I’m wondering what you guys think are good percentages?
After a 9-inning game, what would you consider “good” Chase rates and HH rates? I know the answer is “as low as possible and high as possible,” but I have no idea what a realistic range should be. For chase rate, I would guess somewhere in the 20-30 percent range at the end of a game? I have no idea. That’s probably really high for super gamers, but I swing way too much.

Iol, I bet it's still probably better than my chase rate on rookie and veteran
