Banned for "cheating"

Sunday, playing a mini seasons game, I lost connection to the game causing a Loss. I'm not sure if it was my connection or the servers as I was able to log back in immediately to see that I was given a loss, pretty disappointing but it was whatever. I didn't play anymore that day as to risk not losing connection again for getting another loss. I log in the next day only to see that I am banned for "cheating" abusing points, etc. For 3 days. Those 3 days have since passed, 2 requests from SDS for explanations but yet to hear anything, but I'm still unable to play any DD, RTS or anything that requires internet. Facebook group I'm on says probably banned for the loss of connection but I want to know what the reason truly is and how the heck can I get it fixed to resume playing. A week of nothing really screws up progress.

See the other threads about bannings. Like everyone else who got banned you have multiple 0-0 games against online opponents. Now the general consensus are that these are bogus games, have been misreported, or some other weirdness.

Yes, there are like 5 of them at least in the first 20 threads, 1 is 4 posts below yours.
