I generally love playing DD. However, I always do so via Play vs. CPU. I do not like being forced into playing in Competitive mode since I'm not playing another human. I see no point in it, nor do I have any fun. Please fix it back to the way it was through last year.

All DD was on competitive last year too

I remember in 2020 you could hit 20 homeruns in a 3 inning conquest game vs the cpu on rookie.

I think that died when they introduced pxp, and difficulties below rookie for the switch. It's still pretty easy tho. Still, I miss playing the cpu and seeing who on my team could hit the furthest homerun. The player who either didn't homer or had the shortest homrun wouod be replaced. I would do this several times that year and it helped me complete the usa map like 7 times.

Of course I feel like you should play the game the way you want but at the same time I can’t imagine it’s fun just bludgeoning the CPU and having 3 inning games take forever. I’d recommend playing on a difficultly that actually challenges you. If you’re offline only what’s the sense in rushing through any of t this content?

You can’t have this because people will take advantage and farm pxp by playing causal for all cpu games. The only way around that is to allow you to play casual but drastically limit the pxp that can be earned depending on the mode you play. But I imagine you wouldn’t be happy about that either.

It seems people already do that with the PXP. It was something I was looking forward to when they started it, but I lost interest once I would see a card get released and only in a matter of days, someone would have it up to a P5.

I don't think SDS could do this, but I wish there was an actual leaderboard with each card, top 10 or 5, with each parallel level being listed and have the different levels listed on how they got there.

For example, parallel levels for rookie, veteran, all-star, hof, and legend.

If you hit P5 just playing on rookie you only get a miniscule boost in your attributes, etc etc. It would expose these rookie P5 grinders.

Why do we need to expose them or care about them at all?

There’s people out there that have no lives at all and can play for 16 hours a day. I don’t think they need to be punished for it, just accept you’re not one of those people and care less about if you’re 1st to do something or not. I’ve never understood why anyone cares what number they are. Same with discovering a card. I don’t know why anyone cares at all.

Well for one, it would be cool to see my stats compared to another player with the cards we use. For example, say someone grinds on hall of Fame with Trea Turner. And it's a hof p4, and I just got him to hof p4, I'd like to see how many hits, homers, etc etc someone has with that card. And see where I rank in said category. Offline grind and ranked.

If you just want to kick back and hit a bunch of dingers, then fire up RttS on Amateur. Almost any decent contact is a no-doubter.

Actually, that wouldn't bother me nearly as much.
