I have my team ready for mini seasons now so i'm going to be getting the vouchers for that soon enough. I'm at about 20 percent on each right now.

If you do all the exchanges, conquests, showdowns & individual player missions then you’ll be at 86%. From there just make your lineup all players from one team in the division you’re working on and play a handful of vs cpu 9 inning games and you’ll get them done.

Yeah. Maybe that's why it's taking so long, becsude I don't have enough cards to complete the exchange .

I think that is the point though, this isn't something to finish in a few days

100% - AL East
69% - NL East
74% - AL Central
61% - NL Central
42% - AL West
38% - NL WestI did all the moments and conquests, 1 mini season and 2 MTO (1 AL East, 1 NL East) and just started one for the NL West.

It's SUPPOSED to take you 8-ish weeks or whenever Season 2 starts.

This year is a different mindset than last year. It is closer to ‘21, but still is different than that. Last year there was so little content that when a program launched people would just do everything they could to finish it in a weekend. This year the game is designed for people to have plenty of content for a full season. The nice thing about TA is that it will naturally finish over time. Back in ‘21 I didn’t know what it was at the start of the year and didn’t touch TA1, but it naturally finished for me as the year went along.

I think the exchanges are really not worth it this year/ I've usually done them every year but I thought they used to give a lot bigger chunk of TA points. I started doing them and then decided not to. Would rather wait and get the TA done later in the year.
With so many cards available I really have not felt the desire to use a gold flashback or veteran card , etc, just to grab a small chunk of TA....I would rather use the team I enjoy playing with, for now...and TA doesn't give you any XP for completing steps .

Jeez that's some dedicated playing. I couldn't personally grind like that 2 MTO? And the mini seasons are like 28 games....even if you get everything done and go undefeated you still have to play probably 20-22 of the mini seasons games to make the playoffs (the rest you can quit).

Yea I’m doing pretty good. I refuse to do the exchanges. Don’t seem worth the stubs

Yeah i been on vacation for the last 9 days and i had the "luck" of being sick for most of it. MTO really aren't that bad. I think it took me about 3 hours to do the Braves. Of course, i dont play it on Legend or HOF because i dont need every game to be a competitive pitchers duel. I throw it on rookie, mash a ton of homeruns and fly through it. Once you hit the AS break, it goes quick.

Maybe I will give it another shot....last year one season was SOOOOO long and boring. This year I started one MTO with the Mets on a low difficulty setting and I am sitting there raking yak after yak (I am NOT that good....believe me)...I actually exited in the middle of the first game after hitting like 5 bombs in the 6th inning or whatever inning the game started in....maybe I will up the difficulty and try again and hope it goes quickly. I honestly cannot play it 3 hours straight

The thing about MTO is if you keep swinging for the fences, itll take forever because you can quite literally hit 10-12 HRs in a row without an out. I usually smash a few then hold triangle to bunt with everyone to get out of the inning. Once you have a lead, theres really no way to lose it.
The simulation takes the most time which is why it seems longer than it really is. I started one with the Dodgers no joke 2 hours ago and im past the AS break almost end of August now.

You are correct…The exchanges gave you 46% by themselves last year. This year it’s a fraction of that.
Yes, With so many great cards it’s silly to grind golds but I have a feeling there will be a collection that will be a Mantle type that will be core and will require most cards in order to get it. I’m definitely going to try to stay on top of the grinding & collecting so I’m not overpaying later.

Yeah I made sure getting the LS done was priority as soon as I got early access this year. That huge collection with all the top cards in the game is insane and will likely take a long time to complete. But when I did the math on the TA it was so not worth it to lose all those cards for a fraction of TA points. I mean like 3,500, 5,000, even 10,000 TA points for exchanging what would amount to hundreds of thousands of stubs worth of cards? Not even close to worth it. Not even if the TA awarded was doubled from what they are now

This is what I'm at but al east is 97% or something close to that. I'm running mini seasons to get vouchers and collect xp. Affinity is a much longer grind than in the past which is good. I'm enjoying it
