Buying deluxe edition on multiple platforms

Last year if you bought the deluxe edition on multiple platforms you could only redeem the deluxe content on a single platform (it was then available for use across all platforms, but you only got a single redemption).
Did that change this year?
Part of why I ask is that I'm using the standard edition on the Xbox and bought the Deluxe Edition on my PS5. I am seeing cards and such show up on both platforms, but it seems that the PS5 is showing me a higher number of stubs available than what I'm seeing on the Xbox -- by the amount of bonus stubs that I got and didn't yet use for purchase anything.
Just trying to make sure how it works this year. I am going to buy the game for the Xbox eventually, just want to make sure of which one makes sense to buy and not overspend only to find that I'll never get that bonus content (one per customer period, etc.)

It has. I learned this in the Showzone discord. I purchased the deluxe version for PS and a few days later purchased the deluxe version for the Switch (so I could play on the road before the official release date). I received the bonuses again after installing it in the Switch.
