5 MONTHS??? this is crazy because I didn’t get my packs either

Spend 100$ to preorder the game, wait up until midnight for drop just to find out that your preorder packs and stubs aren’t there and you have to spend more money on stubs for them to show up and now we’re through the pre release days and the app still isn’t updated. Absolutely terrible. I feel ripped off honestly

You don't have to spend more money for stubs... one of two things should happen... you should get an option to "redeem" if it's anything like previous years of The Show or you should get notifications that tell you that "such and such bundle (or pack) is ready to redeem"... once I backed out and went back in I started getting notifications that my preorder stuff was ready to redeem... the only packs that I'm waiting for now are the Twitch Packs.

Would the team be able to provide any timeline on when the app will be available? It may help with the irritation of the people if they had some communication…

Come on, theres no reason to not have the companion app for 23 out yet. This is EA type nonsense

It’s getting a little ridiculous that it’s still not out yet, and no additional update has been given. I get that it might be hung up waiting on Apple to approve it, but still, you would think they’d have submitted it well enough in advance to avoid that issue. Maybe if they gave a little more info other than “it’s still on the way”, people wouldn’t be so upset.

Im willing to bet, they don’t know apple is a [censored] when it comes to app updates, patience is key it’ll most likely be out by the end of the week -
Ridiculous apple. We pay money for the game and want to use the features of the companion app and can’t because you’re lazy and don’t want to updat the App Store. Good way to drop the ball and make people go to android
