How's the Pitching and Hitting this year?

Buying the game this Thursday when I get paid. So, for someone who sucks a lot at this game how is the hitting and pitching this year? Any big changes from last year?

Pinpoint seems flawed at the moment and hitting is more difficult. It seems as though people got what they wanted so the PCI is more of a 1:1 with the actual bat in the zone. I've definitely taken a step back with hitting so I need to adjussssss

I agree. Hitting is a bit different from last year. No more constant XBH or HR this year. More realistic, but more frustrating at times as well.
