Perks for the captains edition

Has anyone have issues with receiving the perks that come with the captains edition? I’m logged in and downloaded the software for PS5 but have not received any of the packs or stubs that come with it.

Act like you are going to buy stubs.
I had to go all the way to the screen where I confirm my purchase and then the message popped up redeeming my rewards. Then I just backed out. Some others only had to go as far as the playstation store.
