Batter info at bat

In previous years you could see your batter info at bat by pressing R2 button. You could see his card and stats. Now when I press R2 I can see only pitchers arsenal, but now info about my or opponents batter.
Can I turn this on somewhere in options or it is some kind of bug? Or did SDS forget about it? I miss it a lot -

Ok. I noticed that happening last night but didn't realize it was the same as it also shows the pitcher.
Ironically, pressing right on the D-pad, and tabbing over, used to bring up the number of each pitch the pitcher has thrown. Can you not see that anymore? Or is there another way to see this list?

Thank you, but this is not what I meant. I mean stats like batting average, number of homeruns and rbi's my players have. Now I can see only batting average and ingame stats and quirks

just give up the exclusive rights....its clear you guys dont test, or even do a run through of simple things to put out a finished game. How do you charge 100 for early access to an unfinished game....

This has been the smoothest launch they've had in years, but sure. Whine away.
are you high? custom uniforms dont work, just like the tech demo, theres tons of issues currently. but yes keep defending a product that was put out too early. These developers would have never made it in the 90s and early 2000s. they all rely too much on patches post release instead of actually trying to fix the bugs prior to release..
the game runs slow, the fielders are slow, Pure analog pitching is still pointless as the ball goes wherever it wants even if it good input.

I've been playing since midnight and haven't had a single issue. You specifically mentioned 19. That game was so bad at launch that it barely ran for weeks. Servers crashed constantly, games wouldn't count upon completion, the market was down for hours every single day, and people were losing cards and stubs when trying to complete market transactions.
23 has been out for less than 24 hours. Maybe you should take a few deep breaths, take off the rose tinted glasses, and gain some perspective.

wait i have the rose tinted glasses on?? haha. the gameplay, it might have been 18. whatever the last game was before it made jump to ps5 was the best gameplay game they put out. its been downhill since.
half ppl now arent getting their pre order bonuses, and missing player.
