No missions with any of the Gold Diamond Choice packs?
No Conquest?
No Moments?
Or is this just bare bones until the official release date?

Yep XP reward path is exactly what it says. It is not an actual program.
As they like to say during their streams - "Just play"

So what you see is what it is
So know more 45K towards the path for finishing a Conquest Map that is assigned to that Program? No more Missions with Henchmen? No more Collect or Exchange points?

Eh, I believe there will be things added. Kinda seems weird that it says rewards path tasks: Play
I’m sure they will add as they go like any other program. Admittedly I was pretty overwhelmed with all the content and only had an hour so I barely did anything

They said there will be daily moments and currently there are none. So hopefully they will add them and more missions and so on...

Daily moments will become the weekly wrap up programs starting April 7 along with Tops Now
