Xbox gameshare question

Sorry if this is repeated a lot but I can't find a definitive answer. I am gamesharing with my friend on XBOX and he bought the early access version. I am aware I don't get the packs, but do I get early access? From what i've seen, it works this way for playstation but I haven't read anything about xbox.
