Kontrol Freek and Xbox Controller

I have heard good things about these Kontrol Freeks helping with the PCI placements and improve your gaming. What is your opinion about it? There is one better than the rest? (Xbox)

Same with controllers… is there an specific controller that could upgraded my gaming in the show?

I have read about the topic and the general opinion is the Infernos for Kontrol Freek and for the controllers the PowerA with Cable (if you are ok with that). There is also another item called the "Precision Rings", with the majority of players recommending the green ones (the softer sensitive wise)

I have a set. I guess they help? I still slam the PCI down but the side-to-side feels more accurate. I think the rings would be more beneficial for the dropping.
